John Paul In Character

John Paul is going through an adorable phase of being "in character". He has 2 stories of which HE is the main character...and oh by the way the rest of us are supporting actors. He is Mickey or Mario depending on his mood. For example, some conversations might go like this:

JP: "Goofy, can I have some juice, please?"

DADDY: "Sure, here you go John Paul."

JP: "NO! Mickey!"

or

JP: "What are you doing Peach?" (Mommy)

or

MOMMY: "John Paul please be quiet. Gianna is sleeping."

JP: "No. Donald Duck is sleeping"

It's actually alot of fun. Jamie never went through this phase. I never know from one minute to the next if we are Disney Characters or Mario Brothers. Another fun example:

DADDY: "What do you want to pray for Mickey?"

JP: "Goofy, Daisy (Mommy), Minnie (Jamie), and Donald Duck. What do you want to pray for Goofy?"

Yesterday we were at my mom's and he was "in character". He tried to get Nana's attention, but he couldn't think of her name (because she doesn't have one yet). So he was like:

"Um...Um...Um...Nana."
