Day #89: Roof, Walk-Through, TIRED!

Today we had our first walk through with the builder (2nd for Mom and Dad). We met the A/C guys, the Plumber (who we knew from our former Church Parish), the Cabinet guy, and the Alarm Guy. It was over 4 hours of fun decision making and hard work. But we got it done! They've started the roof and the outside protection wrap.
Without boring you with a bunch of identical "wooden" pictures, here's something to give you an idea. This is where JC's large picture is going on the living room wall. It has it's own niche.

Here's the storm shelter. This will also serve as an extra pantry. It is made of cinder blocks with rebar and concrete running through them. The roof is also pure concrete.
