Late Night Craving

So, I had a really strong craving for a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Quiche. Alas, at 11pm there is no time to make this, nor did I have all of the ingredients. So, I settled for some scrambled eggs with ham, cheese, and onion. Mmmmmm....it definitely hit that spot! (Not my best picture but a very fun memory)
