Graduation Time

Another school year comes to a close. I know it's August, but John Paul just completed Kindergarten and Jamie just completed 3rd grade. I'm often asked "Why such a short summer?" Well, we do year round homeschooling, which means we take breaks whenever we need to: vacations, illnesses, birth of a sibling, moving across town, etc. The kids get a much needed break, without getting behind, and then they are ready to keep going. We will start again at Labor day; just long enough for me to regroup for the next grade, and just short enough for them not to forget everything they just learned. Congratulations Kiddos!
